The stay offered a pristine bathroom and comfortable bedding, enhancing our experience. Breakfast featured fine bread and was consistently enjoyable. the dining options fell short, with some meals being overpriced and lacking freshness. The atmosphere was undermined by a poorly managed open fire in the dining area, affecting our comfort during meals.

Scenic gardens, historic charm, cozy bar area
Rooms need better temperature control due to suffocating heat!!! Shower facilities must be improved. many showers lack adequate privacy and consistency!!! Communication about hotel amenities should be clearer. confusion during stay was frustrating!!!

It was just an ideal choice for a passing visit in St Agnes, Cornwall with decent value for money. I really enjoyed the full Cornish breakfast, which had great local ingredients and unique touches like charcoal bread. Charming country escape
Had a lovely 3-night stay! The atmosphere was super relaxed, really felt like home. The breakfast was amazing, and I heard dinner was great too, although I missed it. Only hiccup was the room was kinda small and warm, but a fan helped. Staff were really friendly and made it all worthwhile!

Ideal for those seeking comfort and charm
First of all the breakfast was outstanding fresh and delicious I mean I’m talking scramble eggs done just right and proper coffee. Also I stayed in a room that had a lovely garden view really made my mornings feel special.
It wasn’t exactly budget friendly but you get what you pay for.
